Frequently Asked Questions

There is a deposit of 50% of the total cost due 30 days before the event date paid to reserve your date. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is Non-Refundable  

The total contract price is due no later than 15 business days prior to your wedding/event date. The cake will not be made if the final payment has not been received.

Changes to your cakes size, description, flavors, etc. will be accepted until final payment. After the final payment, we cannot accept any changes. Changes may affect the price of the cake. SweetHouse Creations LLC reserve the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of the dessert structure 

In the event of cancellation: Cakes canceled prior to the 15 business days of your event date will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cakes canceled 15-day business days or less prior to your will not be refunded and the deposit will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled wedding date please contact me to discuss options.
